The statements made regarding Bespoke Biology products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All formulations are compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies and are provided for use only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider, following the complimentary clinical consultation required prior to shipment. Content on this website is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Products offered through Bespoke Biology are compounded preparations and are not FDA-approved drugs, except where a specific product’s FDA-approved indication is expressly identified on that product’s page. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies under applicable state and federal law and are not independently subject to FDA premarket review for safety or efficacy.

All purchases made through Bespoke Biology are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product, including unopened, unused, or undelivered items, except in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged, provided the client notifies Bespoke Biology and supplies proof of damage (e.g., photographs) within 72 hours of receipt.
• The product is lost in transit, provided the client notifies Bespoke Biology and supplies proof (e.g., carrier tracking confirming non-delivery) within 72 hours of the loss becoming apparent (e.g., once the expected delivery date has passed without confirmed delivery).
• The product was affected by a compounding error on the part of our pharmacy partner.
• The product is subject to a manufacturer, pharmacy, or regulatory recall.

Refunds or replacements issued under this section are provided as a courtesy to the client and are not an admission of liability for the acts or omissions of any shipping carrier. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, Bespoke Biology is not responsible for the carrier’s handling, loss, or damage of that package — the remedies described above are provided directly by Bespoke Biology, separate from any claims process the carrier itself may offer.

Gift cards issued by Bespoke Biology expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards are non-transferable except upon written request and at the sole discretion of Bespoke Biology LLC, which reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request for any reason.

Individual results vary. No Bespoke Biology product is guaranteed to produce any specific outcome. Testimonials and educational content reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for any other client.

Clients must be 21 years of age or older to obtain products through Bespoke Biology’s suppliers. Products are intended for use only following a completed clinical consultation, and are not intended for use by individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant unless expressly cleared by a supervising provider.

Bespoke Biology is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider, and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Clinical consultations are facilitated in coordination with our licensed provider partner(s) for educational and informational purposes only. Any recommendation, protocol, or guidance shared by a Bespoke Biology specialist — whether during a consultation, by phone, by email, or through any other channel — is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, a medical opinion, or a doctor-patient relationship. Recommendations are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed physician. You should always consult your own licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, medication, or supplement, including any Bespoke Biology product, before beginning, changing, or discontinuing use.

Bespoke Biology is not responsible for independently collecting, verifying, or maintaining your medical history in connection with a consultation. You are solely responsible for accurately and completely disclosing any health condition, medication, allergy, or change in health status that may affect the recommendations you receive. Any recommendation provided by a Bespoke Biology specialist is based solely on the information you choose to disclose and, as stated in Section 1.7, does not constitute medical advice. Bespoke Biology is not liable for any outcome resulting from your failure to disclose, or delay in disclosing, relevant health information, whether at the time of your initial consultation or if your health status changes afterward.

Bespoke Biology does not administer any product. All products are self-administered by the client. You are solely responsible for the safe storage and administration of your product, and for following the dosing, storage, and usage guidance provided with your protocol. Bespoke Biology is not responsible for any outcome resulting from improper storage, improper administration, failure to follow suggested guidelines, or any deviation from the guidance provided during your consultation or in your protocol sheet.

By using any Bespoke Biology product, you agree to discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reaction or side effect, and to contact your provider or another licensed healthcare professional to discuss next steps. If you experience hives, swelling, trouble breathing, or any other sign of a medical emergency, seek emergency medical attention immediately by calling 911 or going to the nearest emergency room — do not wait to contact Bespoke Biology or your provider before seeking emergency care.

Our website and services may involve or link to third parties, including our provider partner(s), compounding pharmacy partners, payment processors, SMS/email platforms, and other vendors. Your interactions with any third party are governed by that party’s own terms of service and privacy policy, not by these Terms and Conditions. Bespoke Biology is not responsible for the content, policies, acts, or omissions of any third party.

Bespoke Biology’s provider partner(s) operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Bespoke Biology. Clients referred to a provider partner for a clinical consultation are governed by that provider partner’s own terms of service, policies, and clinical judgment — not by these Terms and Conditions. Bespoke Biology is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, advice, recommendations, or policies of any provider partner, affiliate, or wholesale partner. See Section 2.7 for additional terms specific to affiliates and Section 3.4 for additional terms specific to wholesale partners.

Statements regarding Bespoke Biology products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Affiliates may not make any claim regarding the safety, efficacy, or medical benefit of any Bespoke Biology product beyond what appears in Company-approved marketing materials. Any health, medical, or outcome-related claim made by an affiliate is that affiliate’s sole responsibility and does not reflect the views of Bespoke Biology.

Participation in the Bespoke Biology Affiliate Program, and eligibility to receive any referral reward, commission, or other incentive, is expressly conditioned on the affiliate’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the separate Affiliate Program Agreement. An affiliate who fails to comply with these terms may forfeit unpaid commissions or incentives.

Each affiliate’s specific benefits, commission structure, referral rewards, and payment terms are set out in that affiliate’s individual Affiliate Program Agreement, which is negotiated and agreed upon on a per-affiliate basis. These Terms and Conditions govern general participation in the Affiliate Program; where a term of an individual Affiliate Program Agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the individual agreement controls for that affiliate.

Bespoke Biology will make best efforts to pay affiliate commissions and other incentives in a timely manner, consistent with the payment terms agreed upon in writing in each affiliate’s individual Affiliate Program Agreement. Payment timing, method, and frequency are governed by that individual agreement.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials, and must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Bespoke Biology in any content promoting our products or the Affiliate Program.

Bespoke Biology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Affiliate Program — or any individual affiliate’s participation in it — at any time, with or without cause or notice, at its sole discretion. Commissions or incentives earned prior to cancellation will be paid in accordance with Section 2.4 and the affiliate’s individual Affiliate Program Agreement.

Bespoke Biology is not responsible or liable for any statement, representation, claim, or conduct made by an affiliate, including claims regarding product efficacy, safety, or medical benefit. Affiliates are independent marketers, not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Bespoke Biology, and have no authority to bind the Company or make representations on its behalf.

Statements regarding Bespoke Biology products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Wholesale partners and their downstream customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their marketing, sale, and distribution of Bespoke Biology products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local law, including laws governing health claims.

Prices quoted to wholesale partners are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the quote, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Bespoke Biology. Pricing beyond this period is subject to change without notice.

Bespoke Biology does not guarantee the availability or continued supply of any product beyond the specific quantities agreed upon in a given order or written agreement. Availability is subject to change based on manufacturing capacity, ingredient sourcing, and compounding pharmacy partner constraints.

Bespoke Biology and its suppliers are not liable for any advice, representation, or guidance provided by third-party distributors or downstream sellers of its products. Wholesale partners are independent businesses solely responsible for their own representations to their customers.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Full payment must be received prior to delivery or pickup of product. Failure to remit payment may result in delay of order fulfillment, delivery, or pickup. Minimum order quantities, shipping and freight responsibility, and the procedure for damaged or rejected goods are governed by the individual wholesale agreement between Bespoke Biology and the wholesale client.

By providing your email address or mobile phone number, completing a clinical consultation, or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional and account-related communications from Bespoke Biology by email and/or SMS text message, including order confirmations, shipping updates, consultation and appointment reminders, and protocol- or account-related notices.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Bespoke Biology is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop all SMS communications, reply STOP to any text message. To stop email communications, use the unsubscribe link included in any email. Certain transactional messages that are necessary to fulfill an active order or in-progress consultation — such as shipping confirmations, delivery updates, and time-sensitive consultation notices — may continue regardless of a general opt-out, since they relate directly to an order or protocol already in progress.

Marketing and promotional communications — including product announcements, educational content, and special offers — are sent only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing messages from Bespoke Biology by email and/or SMS, at the phone number and email address you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Bespoke Biology’s marketing communications are administered in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable CTIA guidelines.

You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of the transactional and account-related messages described in Section 4.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bespoke Biology collects information you provide directly, including contact details, consultation and intake information, order history, and communication preferences, as well as information collected automatically through your use of our website (see Section 7, Site Cookies and Tracking).

We use client information to provide clinical consultations, process and fulfill orders, communicate about your protocol, administer the Affiliate Program, and improve our services. We do not sell client personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who support our operations — including our provider partner(s), compounding pharmacy partners, and platform or technology vendors — solely as necessary to provide our services. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

Bespoke Biology is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not hold, maintain, or store medical records on behalf of clients. As described in Section 1.7, Bespoke Biology is not a medical practice, and consultations are conducted for educational purposes only. Information you choose to share during a consultation is used solely to support the recommendations provided by our specialist and is handled in accordance with this Section 6; it is not medical-record information maintained by a HIPAA-covered entity in Bespoke Biology’s possession. As described in Section 1.12, our provider partner(s) and compounding pharmacy operate independently and are governed by their own policies with respect to any records they maintain.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect client information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Written requests will be responded to within thirty (30) days. Bespoke Biology maintains best efforts to honor such requests in a timely fashion, and in all cases as required by applicable law.

We retain client information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Bespoke Biology does not keep or retain health-related records; as described in Section 6.4, that information is not maintained by Bespoke Biology.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze site traffic and usage, and support marketing efforts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Bespoke Biology, its officers, employees, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bespoke Biology’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of our website, products, or services, will not exceed the amount you paid to Bespoke Biology for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

By using our website, products, or services, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bespoke Biology and its officers, employees, contractors, and provider, pharmacy, affiliate, and wholesale partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of any product, your failure to follow dosing, storage, or usage guidance, your failure to disclose relevant health information, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions. This release and indemnification does not extend to claims arising from Bespoke Biology’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of our website, products, or services, will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and will take place in the county of Bespoke Biology’s principal place of business in Florida. You and Bespoke Biology each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding, and each waive any right to a jury trial.

Bespoke Biology may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
