The Goddess

This is the stack for looking as good as you intend to — metabolic reset, skin and tissue renewal, warmth of tone, and the cellular energy to actually enjoy it.

Four protocols working on four different things at once. It's the most comprehensive aesthetic-oriented stack in the catalog, built on the idea that these outcomes are connected rather than separate.

What's In The Goddess

Four vials, six peptides. Each addresses a different visible outcome — composition, skin, tone, and the energy to sustain the whole thing.

The Composition
Retatrutide

A triple-receptor agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon pathways. It regulates appetite and satiety while influencing how the body handles glucose and mobilizes stored fat. This is the component driving body composition change — and the one most responsible for how differently clothes fit across a protocol.

The Skin
GLOW

BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu in a single vial. BPC-157 and TB-500 handle structural tissue repair, while GHK-Cu is one of the body's most potent natural signals for collagen and elastin production. This is the renewal layer — skin firmness, texture, fine lines, hair, and connective tissue quality.

The Tone
Melanotan

An analog of the hormone that stimulates melanocytes — the cells responsible for pigment production. It increases the skin's melanin response, producing warmth of tone. Because it works through pigmentation, this component carries specific requirements around skin monitoring that your clinician will review with you in detail.

The Energy
NAD+

The coenzyme cells use to convert nutrients into usable energy, declining steadily with age. In a protocol involving a caloric deficit and active tissue renewal — both metabolically expensive — this is what keeps energy from collapsing underneath the rest of the stack.

Why These Four Together

Aesthetic goals are rarely one thing. Losing fat without addressing skin quality can leave you smaller but not better. Improving skin while energy is flat means looking rested in photographs and feeling nothing like it. And rapid composition change without tissue support tends to show up in the skin rather than being hidden by it.

This stack is built on the premise that those outcomes are connected. Retatrutide drives the composition change. GLOW supports the skin and connective tissue through it, which matters most precisely when the body is changing shape. Melanotan adds tone. NAD+ keeps cellular energy intact so the whole protocol is something you can actually live through rather than endure.

The name is the idea. Not one feature improved in isolation, but the whole picture moving together — composition, skin, tone, and the energy that makes all of it read as effortless.

What The Goddess Does For Your Body

Appetite and tone changes tend to arrive earliest. Skin and composition changes build more slowly — this is a stack where photographs taken weeks apart tell the story better than a mirror does.

Body Composition & Fat Loss

Retatrutide acts on three metabolic receptor pathways at once, affecting both satiety and how the body handles glucose and stored fat. Most clients describe the change less as suppressed appetite than as food occupying less mental space — which is what makes a deficit sustainable over months rather than a couple of difficult weeks.

Skin Firmness & Collagen

GHK-Cu is among the most potent naturally occurring signals for collagen and elastin production. Across a protocol, clients typically notice improved firmness, softened fine lines, and more even texture — the result of structural protein being rebuilt rather than a surface treatment. This matters especially during composition change, when skin quality determines how the result actually reads.

Tone & Warmth

Melanotan stimulates the melanocytes responsible for pigment production, increasing the skin's melanin response. The effect develops gradually rather than immediately and varies considerably between individuals depending on baseline skin type. This component requires ongoing skin monitoring, which your clinician will review with you before you begin.

Energy Through the Protocol

Fatigue is the most common reason people abandon a protocol partway through. NAD+ supports the cellular machinery converting nutrients into usable energy — particularly relevant here, since both a caloric deficit and active tissue renewal are metabolically demanding at the same time. Most describe it as steadier baseline energy rather than a lift.

Hair, Nails & Connective Tissue

The collagen and elastin effects of GHK-Cu extend beyond facial skin — hair thickness, nail quality, and connective tissue all draw on the same structural proteins. These changes tend to lag the more visible skin effects, showing up later in a protocol and compounding across cycles rather than within one.

Recovery & Tissue Repair

BPC-157 and TB-500 in the GLOW component handle structural tissue repair alongside the aesthetic work — tendon, ligament, and muscle. This runs quietly in the background of the stack, but it means the protocol supports training rather than being purely cosmetic, which matters given that training substantially improves composition outcomes.

What to Expect

A general sense of how this stack tends to unfold. Individual response varies — your clinician will set expectations specific to your goals and starting point.

Early
Appetite changes are usually first — meals feel satisfying sooner and food thoughts quiet down. Some digestive adjustment is common. Early tone changes may begin to appear, though these develop gradually and vary considerably by individual.
Building
Composition changes establish and weight begins to move. Energy holds steadier than a deficit alone would typically allow. Skin often begins feeling different before it looks different — texture and firmness shifting ahead of anything visible in the mirror.
Established
This is where the stack shows its work — visible skin changes, clothes fitting differently, and definition emerging. Measurements typically change more than weight does. Photographs from the start of the protocol are usually more revealing than day-to-day observation.
Ongoing
Hair, nail, and connective tissue changes tend to appear later and compound across cycles. Your clinician will advise on cycle length, breaks, and how to transition off when goals are met.

Dosing and scheduling are set during your consultation. All four vials are pre-mixed and ready to use, but the protocol — how much, how often, what time of day, and how components are sequenced and cycled — is determined by your clinician based on your goals, history, and response.

Skin monitoring required

Melanotan works by stimulating melanocytes, the cells that produce pigment. Because of this, existing moles and pigmented spots can darken, and new ones can appear. A skin examination before starting is strongly recommended, and any mole that changes in size, shape, color, or border during a protocol should be evaluated promptly. Clients with a personal or family history of skin cancer, or with a significant number of atypical moles, need specific clinical review before this stack is appropriate. Discuss this fully during your consultation.

This stack is cycled, not continuous. GLOW contains GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, and copper-containing protocols run in defined cycles with planned breaks rather than indefinitely. Avoid additional copper supplements during an active cycle unless your provider directs otherwise. Your clinician will set the full cycling schedule across all components.

Who The Goddess Is For

  • /Anyone whose goals are openly aesthetic and who wants a protocol built around that directly
  • /Clients pursuing composition change who want skin quality supported through it rather than sacrificed to it
  • /People preparing for something specific — a wedding, an event, a season — with enough runway to do it properly
  • /Clients who want the most comprehensive aesthetic protocol available rather than addressing one thing at a time
  • /Anyone willing to commit to the skin monitoring this protocol requires — this is not a stack to run casually

Common Questions

Do these come pre-mixed, or do I have to prepare them?+
All four vials arrive as fully pre-mixed liquid, ready to draw and inject. There's no mixing or preparation required at any stage.
What monitoring does the Melanotan component require?+
Melanotan works by stimulating melanocytes — the cells that produce pigment — which means existing moles can darken and new pigmented spots can appear. A skin examination before starting is strongly recommended, and any mole changing in size, shape, color, or border during a protocol should be evaluated promptly. If you have a personal or family history of skin cancer, or a significant number of atypical moles, this component requires specific clinical review before it's appropriate for you. Your clinician will go through this in detail during consultation.
Does this mean I can skip sun protection?+
No. Increased pigmentation is not equivalent to protection from UV damage, and treating it that way is a meaningful risk. Continue using sun protection exactly as you would otherwise. Your clinician will discuss sun exposure specifically as part of your protocol guidance.
How is dosing determined?+
Dosing and scheduling for all four vials are set by your clinician during consultation, based on your goals, health history, skin type, and prior peptide experience. You'll receive complete written guidance covering amounts, timing, injection technique, cycle length, and monitoring requirements before you begin.
Why does this stack need to be cycled?+
The GLOW component contains GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, and copper protocols are run in defined cycles with planned breaks rather than continuously, to avoid accumulation. Avoid additional copper supplements during an active cycle unless your provider directs otherwise. Your clinician will set the cycling structure across all four components, which may not be identical for each.
How is this different from The Recomposition?+
Both include Retatrutide, but the priorities diverge sharply. The Recomposition pairs it with growth hormone signaling — its focus is preserving lean mass through a deficit, oriented toward how you perform as much as how you look. The Goddess pairs it with skin renewal and tone — its focus is visible aesthetic outcome. If muscle retention is your primary concern, The Recomposition. If skin quality and overall appearance are, this is the one.
Can I run only part of this stack?+
Yes — every component is available individually, and plenty of clients start with one or two rather than the full stack. Melanotan in particular is the component most often left out, since it carries monitoring requirements the others don't. Tell your clinician which outcomes matter most to you and they can build a narrower protocol accordingly.
Is this only for women?+
The name is evocative, not a restriction. Every component in this stack works the same way regardless of gender, and the outcomes it targets — composition, skin quality, tone, energy — aren't gendered either. If the stack fits your goals, it fits.
What happens when I stop?+
Appetite regulation from the Retatrutide component fades once discontinued, which is why planning the transition matters as much as the protocol. Tone from the Melanotan component fades gradually as pigment cells turn over. Collagen changes from GHK-Cu are more durable but still benefit from continued cycling. Your clinician will plan the transition deliberately rather than leaving it to chance.
How should I store these vials?+
Keep all vials refrigerated at 35–46°F (2–8°C). Do not freeze — freezing can degrade the peptides. Keep them out of direct light. Write the date you first opened each vial on its label so you can track it. If you notice cloudiness or discoloration, do not use it — contact your provider.
Where do these products come from?+
All Bespoke Biology products are sourced from USA-based licensed compounding pharmacies and are third-party tested. We're a member of the American Peptide Association. Every protocol is coordinated with clinical oversight — this is not a gray-market product and it isn't sold without a consultation.

Side Effects to Watch For

  • /Nausea, particularly early in a protocol — usually eases as the body adjusts
  • /Constipation, bloating, or general digestive changes as gastric emptying slows
  • /Facial flushing or warmth shortly after injecting — commonly associated with both NAD+ and Melanotan
  • /Darkening of existing moles or freckles, or new pigmented spots — report any changing mole to your provider promptly
  • /Reduced appetite to the point of under-eating — monitor intake, as inadequate protein undermines the skin and tissue benefits
  • /Injection site redness or small bumps — rotate sites every time to reduce this
  • /Mild headache, fatigue, or increased thirst when first starting — stay well hydrated
  • /Rare: persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or any mole changing in size, shape, color, or border — contact your provider promptly rather than waiting

Most effects are mild and concentrated in the early phase. Contact your provider if anything feels significant, unusual, or doesn't resolve on its own. This stack carries specific skin monitoring requirements — review them with your clinician before beginning, and follow them throughout.
